How to change language after installed

I am installing the software onto a German device. I want English language....but it is always switching to German after installation.  Please help me to change language to English.

Go to Manage->Settings->Local Settings. Set UI Language to English and tick Override Windows Regional Settings.

Restart SambaPOS and your all good.
