Order Tag

I am running Sambapos 3 and I am running into a  problem. I wanna use a product with 2 options: half-half (2 different tipes of pizza).

I have setup an Order Tag which is Auto-Selected when that Product Item is selected.

Anyway to send message to kitchen without printing it on the bill. Right now I use order tag but it will print all order tags.
