I found several mistakes and tried in every way to find what causes these errors in sambapos, made, remade, tried delete client recreate the actions and rules and nothing to resolve the errors are below
1 - If the region changed in the client entity's delivery continues displaying the the anterior
2 - When you register a new customer does not go over the delivery rate
3 - If you update the registration of the client eg changing the region he continues to claim the value of the anterior
4 - Even if you do re-registration of the client errors continue
