Change product name is not refreshed in terminal.

That would be because you can have a different name for the menu item button. You need to go to Manage->Products->Menu List. Edit your Menu. Select the Screen Category the Product is in and click Edit Product Properties.

In the Header column is the Menu Item Name displayed on the POS screen.

Changing the Product Name will not change the Menu Item Name by default.
