I apologize if this is trivial and I have missed this option. Is there a way to change the date format on the tickets ? I need to print mm/dd/yyyy or mm/dd/yy. {TICKET DATE} in my case provides mm.dd.yyyy, which is not the default setting of the Windows installation, so I assume there must be a way to change this setting somewhere.

My apologies, that computer was actually on German date format. Changing the date format in the windows settings solved the problem.
