I am using Sambapos V2 and it working perfectly and currently upgrading to V3. My question is can i get a guidance installation for handheld such android, Ipad, or any such handheld in market.

Hi,
You are not need installation another programs. with RDP client to connect and run the SambaPresantation.exe
Tips: Setting > Local Setting > Display is a change display size with relative for handheld device.

What kind of RDP i supposed to used? Such as teamviewer or Microsoft remote desktop or any suggestion?

Use Microsoft RDC. If you are not running any server editions you must "patch" windows to allow concurrent connections (easy to google).
