Cash Option on Settle Screen is missing


The Cash option has disappeared from my Settle screen. How could I bring it back please?

Navigaton > Management > Tickets > Payment Type secreen is your solutions.

Please check your Cash Payment Type, Mapping tab.



Thank you for the quick reply. I checked as per above and the mapping currently has a * under all three fields 'User Role', 'Department' and 'Ticket Type'. It is the same for the Credit Card Payment Type too, which is appearing fine on my Settlement screen. Please advise.

Deepa please check if you've configured foreign currency for Cash payment type or related accounts and if you did so please clear these settings to fix the issue.

If you enable a currency for a payment button you should switch to that currency to be able to see that payment button. For example you'll see $ Cash button when you enable $ payments or € Cash button for € payments.

Apologies for getting back late on this. 

In your reply above, are you referring to configuring the foreign currency on SQL or on the GUI please? From what I know, the configuring was done and therefore until this issue appeared, I was able to see the 'Cash' option in the payment screen and also the correct currency (Indian Rupee in my case). Nothing's been changed there. 

Also, please could you advise where can i see the payment buttons like $ Cash, etc.? Is it again on the GUI or SQL? I am unable to find it anywhere on the GUI. Sorry, I am not too well versed with the systyem and am still finding my way around..
