Tax calculation problem

I have a problem with tax calculation when there is a discount. tax is affect by discount and that in my country is unlegal. tax shouldnt affect by discount. please help. I want tax not calculate after discount

hi have solution .. dont use tax templates instead creat a calculation type sales tax and calculation selector without button header . and sort calculation selector accordingly .

Hi, thanks, I did that, but I have a problem now, the tax is calculate on the sub total not in (sub total+service charge). the tax template was calculate right but the problem was in discount.
