Problem Ticket Tag form in Rule "Line added to ticket" SAMBAPOS V2

Hi all, I've a problem with the Rule "Line Added to ticket"

How you see in the screenshot.. When I compile tag name the rule don't work..

I've create a Ticket Tag with Name but in the rule dont work.
