Create Account Button and Customer Account

Hello,

When I try to create a new customer account on sambapos v3, the "create account" button doesn't light up. I fill in the blanks but this button don't work (only the "register" and "select customer" light up)

So I can register and select a customer to appear on ticket but I can't show details account about this customer (like to know how much he's already spent...)

I've just re-installed v3 to be sure that I didn't enter a wrong command during the test, so it's the default settings.

Hi amaury254,

Your problem is wrong Account Name Template, in the Entity Type screen.

You correct Account Name Template with Primary Field Name.

Thanks mehmet for your help, now the "create account" button light up and i can create customer account and display details account.

In the primary field name, it was written "NOM" instead of "NAME" --> "name" in french translation of course because I'm french and my windows version too ;-)

Now, i have still a problem about customer account, when I select a customer account and make couple of purchaseS, the total amount of these purchases isn't record, so I don't know how much a custmer have spent since the beginning.

When I look at the customer account, there is nothing, no information.
