Automated control reasons to cancel and gift

Sorry for the question again, but still could not know how to use the automated control of reasons to cancel and gift eg in sambapos v2

example: I click on cancel and the right side appears to me the reasons that can be

> Product shipped wrong
> Exchange of Product
> Customer gave up buying
