Caller Id Config/CID 602

Hi All 

I am trying to configure CID 602 and I have installed SAMBAPOS with caller id option.

just to give you bit of background we have 11 digits number .. for e.g. local number (#####) ###### so local number are like 01924 123456 and mobiles are like 07584 123456. 

Now the issue I have is, I have configured the CID 602 and test shows that it works correctly when phone rings, please see the screenshoot 'Image1_Caller_id_test.png'

I have configured the customer and delivery entities following documentation from SAMBA website but  when I ring from mobile which I have assigned to customer nothing shows up.

Can some one please shed some light and thanks in advance for your help.
