Cash drawer and printing tickets

Hello
I have set up sambapos4 fine and have the cash drawer opening and tickets working fine. The problem I have is that the cash drawer won't open until the ticket has finished printing. Does anyone know how to set it so I can open the drawer before printing the ticket.
