is there an create new ticket actions? what i'm trying to do is a delivery main business and ocasionally takes order without phone number or name. so i'm planning on adding two buttons to an custom entity screen with a search entity on the side so if i need to quickly creat a new ticket i just have to click on that button. i know it possibly to use the department button, but it in the corner and small i want it to be big and accessible fast.

Create a custom entity screen, add your Entity Search widget, and then add an Entity Button, but don't select an Entity Name, just set a caption like 'No Customer' and this will open a new ticket without selecting a customer first.
