How do I create a custom report? I want to create a report for outstanding balance on prepaid vouchers. Or even better, if I can print in the receipt printer the balance and transaction history for an individual customer. Please advise.
I assume you are using the account type "Customer Accounts".
Go to Manage->Accounts->Account Screens->Add Account Screen Enter Customers for name Filter Type - All Select Customer Accounts and tick Display Details Save.
Go to Manage->Accounts->Customers You can print the entire list or select a Customer, click Account Details and then print transaction history.

Filter Type - All
Select Customer Accounts and tick Display Details
Save.
Go to Manage->Accounts->Customers
