I was to use the v26 sambapos all occurred well but dae found a problem that the system does not allow me to change the rules leaving only the option equal.
Thought to be error in my debug, I decided to redo most was not.
Sambapos v26 installed and it is working perfectly.
This error prevents me to charge the delivery fee
So I downloaded the source code v27 and v28 which is giving error in debug (the bin folder is being created but nothing appears on it)
Even trying to release the problem persists
I decided to use visual studio 2012 on another computer still the same problem occurs
