Fixed Service For Some Items (beverage)

Hi we are using the last v 3.0.35 ... and we need to ad a service charge for beverages only (about 0,50€ on the total ammount). is it possibile? There 's also the possibility to apply a different service charge for beverage for special person? tnx Andrea
