I've followed "sell coffee Coupons" and "Redeeming Coupons" instructions and it's working fine but in the documentation, when a customer buy a coupon, it's only available for a specific product (in this case it's a coffee drink)
Can I set up action/rules to sell coupon which would be available to a categorie of product or different product?
Exemple : Customer buy 5 free coffee coupons which are available for different coffee drink. On monday he might choose cappucino, on tuesday he might choose black coffee or latte coffee and so forth.
Or in another situation : customer buy 5 free drinks coupons which are available for different drink in the fastfood. He might choose a coffee or an orange juice.
The Customer orders what he wants and gives his coupon to "pay" it. And of course, details appears on ticket (product, price...)

ThankS for your help but i have already read the whole documentation about free product and coupon. i have already followed the whole instruction and all works fine but nothing about my request. If you have found the solution in the documentation please tell me how to solve my problem.
I think the redeeming documentation shows you when the COUPON is loaded any product added becomes a free product.
Sorry but your answer doesn't help me. I've already read this documentation as I wrote above. In the documentation, we must determinate an item per coupon. I would like determinate a group of product per coupon. So the customer might choose a free product in a group of product with his coupon. The way I've found is instead to add a free product, I don't calculate the price of product like gift. but there are mistakes. If there are more than one item in the ticket, All product will get free. And if we enter the coupon when the ticket is empty, we can't get a free product. So any solutions?
