How to create Entity to view all open ticket and ticket notes ?

Hi Fellows, 

I used Samba for a Restaurant setup couple years ago. Now I am setting up a friend's small restaurant and all the changes from previous versions are amazing. Samba rocks!

Ok, here is my question. I am using Samba V4 and I would like to set up an entity that will show all open tickets (you may call it tables, orders, etc) with the ticket notes. 

Basically I have 2 Entity screens now: Dine-In and Take Out and I would like to create a next entity screen "All Orders" and show all open tickets with the ticket notes on it. 

The reason for this is that people call to place orders for pick up so by having this entity with open tickets and tickets notes the cashier can easily identify the ticket instead of opening all of them to find the right one. 

I have been looking for this for the past 2 days but have not been able to find it. 

Any help is highly appreciated.
