In the department I scored Delivery by default not to select the customer, so I put the items on the ticket and speak the value to the customer, which happens automatically closes the ticket if I select the customer, I would like to:
1 - First place items on the ticket (to be able to inform the customer value)
2 - Select the Client
3 - Stay on the ticket to print the coupon manually

It is important how you start creating the ticket. If you start creating a ticket from an entity screen with "Customer" entity type ticket will automatically close as you select a customer. Think of clicking a table and choosing "select table" case. If you select a table ticket automatically closes. If you select a customer it will remain on screen.

Thanks for the reply I tested several times and could not understand
I put the department to create a ticket automatically then put the items on the ticket while the value for the customer if the customer as you want to buy I select the client or do his record and conclude the claim, some customers still others simply closes the ticket (not understand why) dae I have to reopen the ticket and complete the order, that question because I have clients who want to know the price first before buying so they do not like to identify.
I tried signing up first client is more then I back up to edit the client and changes to customer region was the ticket to the wrong delivery charge.
