Hello i have 2 ticket types and i need two templates as each ticket type has different information on them, i've tried to achieved this using mappings on the print job and such and up to a point it works if i print manually , the problem comes when i try to execute the print job through payment procesed event i have no way of telling it the ticket type.
can anyone suggest a solution or another way to achieve this automatically.
