How to translate the language for the source code?

Hello , i need a litle help.

I need to translate the entire program to a diferent language. I open the source code and i find the localization. When i try to buid i allways gets error. Can anyone give me some advice how to make in the correct way, a litle tutorial if its posible. Thanks.
