Is it possible to limit the void button functionallity to admins only? Or is there another level of control that can be excersized to limit waiters being able to remove submitted ticket lines?
Go to manage>Automation>Automation Commands double click on “Void” Underneath general settings, click on mappings. Under user role change the * to admin by clicking on it and selecting from the drop down menu.

OK I figured this out:

Now only admins can void.
