For multiple Department, Print Department Name in their Generated Invoice.

I have created Three Departments now i want to Print Department Name in their Generated Invoice pls help me by giving Steps.

I have created Print Templates for each Department now what is Next...

have you used {DEPARTMENT} in the printer template?

1-I have created Four departments

2-Then i created Printer Templates for each department

3-I have also created Print jobs and linked them with templates

how to use {DEPARTMENT} in templates ?
