im using samba 2 and i want keep printing the ticket even if i printed but before i press cash and without release the lock
example if i print the ticket for customer and total the ticket was 50$ then he paid 300$ then i want print again ticket with change due but the print bill buttom is not active i have to release the lock to print .

This feature is fixed on V2. You can do it by using custom workflow design features of V3. You can even configure automatic reprint on if there is change due.
Untick 'Lock Ticket' in the Print Bill Print Job settings.
