SETTING ESC/POS COMMAND PRINTER

Hello,

I would like to create custom printer template with ESC/POS command (to cut ticket in two parts)

My OS is Windows XP, my printer is EPSON TMT88 and I have the list of supported ESC/POS  command (like ESC, LF.....) to this printer.

The problem is I don't understand where and how I must enter this command in the printer template. 

Is there somebody who could help me?
