Tables & Customers from V2 have been replaced with Entities. It's more generic, but you have better control over Entity Groups, like Tables, Customers, Staff, Laybys, etc.
You now have - Entity Types -> this is how you define an Entity like Customers and set custom fields - Entities -> The actual Entities like John Smith, Jack Jones, etc - Entity Screens -> This defines how to display the Entities and which Entity Names to display - like the Select Table button in V2 but with more control.
