Ticket No. different in each department

hi i have to department but i want for each department start in different counter

example if i make order in first department so the table no. will be 01 and 2nd department if i create also order also start from ticket no. 01

at the moment if i create order in first department ticket no. will be 01 and if i create order in second department its giving ticket no. 02 .

so for each department i want separate ticket numbering .

If you use the Ticket Number as a Tax Invoice number on your receipts, then you really cannot have overlapping Ticket Numbers unless the 2 departments are seperate business entities.

To have 2 different Ticket Number ranges, you need to create a new Ticket Number Generator and call it 'Dept 2 Ticket Number Generator' in
Manage -> Setings -> Number Generators
(You can also create a new Order Number Generator if needed)

Then you need to set these in your Ticket Types
Manage -> Tickets -> Ticket Types

Select the second department ticket type and change the Ticket Number Generator to the new one you created above.
