Upgrading SambaPos V3

Hello

I know I'am a little behind but currently have V3 version 3.0.10 on test.

Today I had the chance and uninstalled to upgrade to latest beta and I cannot get it to work.

I installed version 3.0.11 and I get an error Check Database version after entering the pincode to login ??

I'am unable to upgrade to any version at present but not sure why as I have no errors in the log as the Check Database version does not log

Firstly, there is no need to uninstall SambaPOS anymore to upgrade. Just run the new version and it will upgrade the database.

We are currently up to Version 3.0.20, and I suggest you upgrade to this.

The 'Check Database Version' means that you are running a database that is from a newer version of SambaPOS, or a database from an older version. This can happen if you have a few different databases.

Try installing SambaPOS again.

Do you have multiple databases?
What type of database are you using, SQL, CE, or TXT?

I ended up installing version 3.0.20 after deleting SambaPOS3 database and allowed the installer to recreate the database.

At the next release I will just run the installer and see what happens, I will also keep up with the releases (V3 is not being used in production yet).

Once again thanks for responding.
