I am using it for a retail boutique and don't want the ticket to show submitted when it is re-open. How can I do that?
Submitted is just a status - it doesnt mean that its printed somewhere.
If you want to remove the Order Status go to
Manage->Automation->Rules->Ticket Closing Rule->Update Order Status
and remove Submitted from Status setting. Save
