SambaPOS is a Point Of Sale system, not a reservation system. But in saying that, reservations have been flagged as a future project.
You can set Rooms up as Entities with Accounts (like a customer account) and settle restaurant tickets to the rooms. At check out, pull up the Room account and settle.
At check in you could add the room cost and show an occupied status like table status.
