"Ticket Printer" is selected in printer type of ticket printer. After settled, the bill can be printed but the cash drawer cann't be opened automatically. How to set up?

This has been covered in the forums and in the Quick Reference Guide. Same setup as V2.
My last test (a few versions ago) the XCT codes were not working properly. But most printers can be configured to kick the cash drawer automatically when printing.

Basically you add the following to your Receipt Template or create a new Printer Template and use it as a seperate print job to control the cash drawer independantly of the printed receipts.
