Keyboard caps issue V4

Hello I am a new user and spending quiet some time for setup... but I am novice so normal

Question :

The keyboard shift enables you to use numbers, but only once then it bounces back to lettres.

If you press the CAPS - the lettres TOP LINE dont change to numbers... but still when you hit them, they are numbers.

Any fix for this;;

I hope I was clear in my message.

when hitting caps - the keyboard does not show the numbers ... but executes the numbers.
