Good day how can i refund item's if customers cancel the order after settlement ?????
Some configuration needed to enable refund features. I'll prepare a documentation about that.

btw, the only way i found so far is by selecting the items in the ticket and then press "Void"
but it would be much wanted to use the "Cancel" button also for a submited tickets

Refunding and order cancellation are different things. Here is a sample configuration for refunding. https://sambapos.org/en/content/adding-refund-button-cash
For cancellation printout you can handle "order state changed" event and when state changes to Void you can execute a print job to print lines with "Void" state.
