im using samba and i have a problem now i cant end the work period its showing atickets open but there no tickets open . can u help me pls .

Did you go to Main Menu->Tickets
Select Open Tickets Only and click refresh.
thanks joh for reply but i dont have these option when i click on main menu i have these 6 options 1- work period 2- pos 3- cash drawer 4-reports 5- manage 6- logout
Click "close" on table view and click "Find Tickets".
You are using V2 and http://forum2.sambapos.org might be a better place to find answers to your questions.
