Customer Tickets Screen

Customer Ticket Screen (I mean the one in POS module which has All Tables, Customer Search and Customer Tickets). It can only show (state filter) one state. If I remove state filter, it show nothing. Should it be no filter means display all states?

No it does not mean display all states since it will display all tickets since from day 1 and I don't think this would be what you need. If you give more details about the issue we can try to find a solution.

What do you mean by all tickets? It only display New Orders ticket status or what every choice is picked from the dropdown list. Let say, if I pick New Orders after ticket printed, it disappear. If I pick none (delete the status choice), it show nothing.

Sorry I've misunderstood it. Customer Tickets screen intended to display open delivery tickets. That screen displays entities that have a specific state so since it displays customer entities you'll see all customers if there is no state filter. 

Table state changing actions also changes customer entity states because we didn't assined Entity Type filters on these actions. You can try modifying "print bill" rule to update only table sates so customer states won't change on bill printing.

Hi, please can someone try and help me. I have installed Sambapos onto my dedicated machine and have spend a few hours configuring the menus and section screen. I then needed to sort out the Customer and Tables section to be relevant to my shop. I have managed to "delete" something that now does not show anything in the POS tab. The POS tab used to have customers and tables section, when i clicked on anything it opened up the till section, now the POS is completeley blank... Please help...
