We have created a script for cleaning the database from training/dummy entries. Anyone who is interested can send me a message with their email and we will be glad to share.
Although we have tested it properly at our end but we would insist on using it after taking a backup of your existing database.
@Emre, is there a possibility of uploading the file on the forum so people can download.

I think you meant 3.0.11. If it is your version please upgrade it to latest version and visit Clearing Transactional Data post for the script.
