I have 3 departments, Restaurant, Deli and golf.
Restaurant Customers often eat and ask for deli items to be added to the bill. I cannot find a way to add these multiple department products onto one ticket.
I have tried to open the deli department, select a product and close, but the ticket does not want to close. In v2.99 this is how it is done. then opened again in a different department and works.
Help please.

It works for me, i assume you are using same Table Entity for both departments.
is your Ticket Type same in both departments? or maybe an user rights issue?
