He said that i have to submit my Bill in my Company so please replace the Liquor from that Bill with food and Total Bill should be 50$.

wouldnt that be fraud?
Like evail said editing paid tickets is not possible. It leads to fraud and also your reports will display wrong values. Also in some countries tax authorities won't like such changes so I recommend you not to accept this request.
If you really need that you can try adding an alternative printing template that prints Prouduct Tags instead of Product Names. So you can enter alternative names of products as product tags and when needed you can print bill by using this template.
