Start POS on fullscreen

Hey,

SambaPOS is not starting on fullscreen, everytime i will have to double click on SambaPOS name to make it fullscreen.

How can I make it open on fullscreen always.

Run the print job without opening a table

Hi!,

In v2 I run a print job without opening a table that I need to print tickets for "Confidential" to be put on a table.

In v3 I can not if you add a table to an order.
