how to filter tickets in Ticket Explorer by department

i have two departments

1 Restaurant

2 Delivery

i want to filter the open tickets and all that in ticket explorer widget.

Ticket number format

Hello, I would like to generate tickets with a serial number with this format: ### - #####, when I'm trying to do that in Manage->Settings->Number Generators, the result is -12, -13, ...etc.
