state setting to reserve tables at V3

can anyone post a tutorial on creating table reservations of the Table in V3

Hi all, is it possible to record a reservation ticket made today but it is for the next two days. Since we have to close session every day and if there is a ticket open it won't be able to close.

Sometimes customer will phone me that they want to researve a table and come to my restaurant at 12:00 clock for example. Customers order menu item after they come to my restaurant.
