Dear Emre,
in some restaurants for the same work period, there are switching between the employees, the question is how the first employee can close his register (I mean the employee will take the money and deliver it to the back-office at the end of his shift ) how we can implement this closing in SAMBAPOSfor this situation (Remark: at the end of the first employee shift, maybe some tickets are opened and not settled yet), also how we can open the new register for the second employee in the same work period, kindly if there is any work around for this problem i will be appreciated,

Hi mseh. You can transfer that amount from cash to back office account (by creating an internal customer account) when personnel delivers money to back office. You'll use Cash Drawer screen. Work period report displays cash amounts grouped by cashier users so backoffice can check how much they should receive. That solves most cases but with V3 we'll be able to create multiple cash accounts for better tracking.
