Hi I have 2 branches of the restaurant, each of them using a sambapos implementation. There is a way to merge these 2 Databases in order to make consolidate reports.
No worries, Samba Developers have done a great job and Samba can be used various ways. I am also new to samba but I do have background in SQL and .NET, I do belive it can be done easily
In my mind there was two possible ways, both requiring remote db access:-
1) you can buy database space on remote server and host you db there and use SAMBA client on all pc in both resturants, all PC acces database hosted remotly.
2) 2nd option in my mind was to use replication, may be transactional replication or replicate local db once in 24 hours to remote server db.
Obiously whatever is not part of samba out of box will be modification to fit your business model but it can be done.

There is no database merge feature on SambaPOS side. SQL Server has "Replication" feature for such operations. It may help.
Hi Emre, thanks for the answer and thanks for the great system Sambapos.
