Hi all, is it possible to record a reservation ticket made today but it is for the next two days. Since we have to close session every day and if there is a ticket open it won't be able to close. Thanks
I didn't tried it for reservation purposes but if a ticket contains a product that have an active product timer in it you can close work period without closing this ticket. You can try adding a product called "Reservation" and configure a product timer for that. I'll be happy if you can test that and let me know if additional features needed to be able to use if for reservation.
