This might be a bit too much since v3 is still in beta...
For now I just want to focus on how to setup v3 so that I can move an open ticket to an account. In v2 you just had to assign an open ticket to an account and then you could move the open ticket to the customer's account in the payment screen.
In v3 I think this involves Accounts, Entities, and Tickets (Payment Types) in the Manage menu, so I am a bit overwhelmed as to where to begin. When I first installed v3 it allowed me to select a customer for a ticket but when I went to payment screen the "Customer Account" option was greyed out. What am I missing guys?
