Printer Template Bad Formatting

Hi.

First, thank you for SambaPOS - it's magnificent!

Second, I have a problem with the Printer Template - Ticket Template. It's the following:

My Restaurant - 101st Street
{ORDERS}
{DISCOUNTS}

Total: {TICKET TOTAL}
Thank you!
Come again.

[ORDERS]
Product: {ITEM ID},{NAME},{QUANTITY},{PRICE}
[DISCOUNTS]
Discount: %{CALCULATION AMOUNT}

The problem is that this template is printed to a .txt file with the generic Windows printer but it will add a white space at the beggining of each line and some squares (unknow characters on the last line. Image below:

3rd: I cannot see the documentation for the tags used to create ticket templates. What is <EB> <F> <CB> etc?
