How to display the customer name out instead of the phone when you change the format of the name and phone number in the body?

Example entity can switch places the customer's name and phone number of the customer, but when you change name appears in place of the phone

i cant configure the background image, i cant configure the tables either, emre you change all the structure, im going crezy traing to configure the new samba!!! do you have any documentation!?
