how to print using different templates based on ticket type?

Hello i have 2 ticket types and i need two templates as each ticket type has different information on them, i've tried to achieved this using mappings on the print job and such and up to a point it

Is there a way to display total items in the ticket before closing the ticket screen? It's easier for waiter to double check whether there is extra or less order on screen. :-)
