Sub-Categories or Menu selection button?

i'm building up my product list, and i'd like to know if there is any way to make a category of products into another category.

payment types disappeared

I am setting up a POS, I wanted to remove Vourcher,so I removed "Vourcher" Payment type.

Duplicate Customers

I am able to create duplicate customers. and when i try to settle a ticket with a customer who is duplicated sambapos crashes.

Dynamic Discount

Our Discounts Rates are not Fixed it Depends on Seasone, Festivals, Weekends, Products Avl and on Selected Customers only, it is anoying to change each time different Rates then apply it.

TOTAL SALES not equal to TOTAL INCOME?

i had the weirdest work period last night, looking at the reports, the TOTAL SALES was not equal to TOTAL INCOME - i dont know how could this be - pls advise.
